Appointment Booking Then: Too time consuming
Previously, to book an appointment you had to click on a specific, and let’s be honest, not super obvious button. Alternatively, you could search for your client and look up the pet, then add several details, and thennnn you could book the appointment. 😅
…and many of you said, “this is just way too many steps!“
So we said: “we got you!”
Appointment Booking Now: More efficient and time saving
Now you can click directly on the calendar at the exact time you want to book! Then select the client, pick the pet, and add a service — all right inside the calendar view.
Need to reschedule an appointment?
We added a drag & drop feature for that! Just slide the appointment into a new day or time slot & you’re all set.
And the best part is, when you reschedule these appointments, your clients will automatically receive a new confirmation email with the updated appointment details.
